Qubit Learning is an educational service by Qubit Consulting. This notice describes the assessment inquiry features on this website.

Your assessment inquiry

When you submit the assessment form, your entries are sent over HTTPS to FormSubmit, a third-party form processing service, for delivery to Qubit Learning at learn@qubitconsulting.ca. You can submit directly on this website without opening an email application.

Your inquiry includes your name, email address, phone number, your child’s grade, subject needs and any curriculum, learning needs or scheduling preferences you provide. We use this information to respond, discuss tutoring needs and arrange an assessment. The website does not save these entries in browser storage.

FormSubmit states that it retains form submissions for 30 days. Learn more in FormSubmit’s documentation. Requests delivered to our email account are also handled by our email provider.

Children’s information

This form is intended for parents and guardians. Please do not include a child’s full name, birth date, medical information, report cards or other sensitive details. A general description of learning needs is sufficient for an initial inquiry.

Services you choose to use

Email is handled by your email provider and the recipient’s provider. WhatsApp opens only if you select its link, and is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms. No form entries are included in the WhatsApp link.

This website uses Google Fonts, which makes font requests to Google and may share technical connection data such as your IP address. The website code does not add analytics, advertising trackers or cookies. Hosting providers may process technical request logs to deliver and secure the site.
